- KATANGA
- At the Kasenga port where goods are loaded for the trip downstream to the towns of Kilwa and Pweto on Lake Moero. This port is the closest point to the markets of Lubumbashi.
- Trucks come from Lubumbashi to pick up fish and other agricultural products brought back to Kasenga by these same boats. The road is in such a bad state that the 200 kilometer trip can sometimes take weeks.
In order to travel down the Luapula, start at the bottom of the map and travel north starting with Kasenga (by clicking on the blue buttons), then visit Kashobwe and finally arrive in Pweto, on the north bank of lake Moero.
